Attorney, local community supporter, mediator, specialist in public administration and a public manager. Graduated with Law degree,  Administration degree from University of Warsaw.  Post-graduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics – Degree in European and Polish law of commercial companies and internal audit and management control of public finance entities. Karolina was employed since 2002 by the Office of the Marshal the Mazowieckie Voivodeship in Warsaw while becoming an expert in corporate governance mechanisms and implementation of documents related to project financing by the European Union.  As a chairperson of the supervisory board of the local government Company and with her mediation skills as a member of the Employee Dialogue Council, Karolina brings over 10 years of experience in team management collaboration as well as extensive knowledge of the functionalities of the commercial entities.  Since 2018 she has lived in the USA and has been actively involved in the affairs of the Polish community.
